    Lu was in fine fettle, comparing her “half and half” Louisiana and Arkansas influences, mentioning 70s-era AR poets like Jim Whitehead and Bill Harrison to crowd response, etc. Good to see a couple of New Jerseyians among the MidSouth subscribers to the Oxford American for this benefit show.

    It’s great to be back.
