Are these “dual billing” shows? Will Lu be playing a full set concert?
April 27, 2011 at 2:32 pm #46915LafayetteParticipantI have seen it, in the press, being billed as a co-headlining show.
April 27, 2011 at 4:52 pm #46916TimParticipantI have heard it as a “co-bill”, with full sets from both artists. With Lucinda to close the shows.
April 27, 2011 at 7:49 pm #46917TOverbyParticipantYes -it is a co-bill with Lucinda closing the shows. Both artists will play equal full sets.
April 27, 2011 at 10:01 pm #46918orlananParticipantJust got my ticket…..looking forward to it!
TonyMay 6, 2011 at 10:16 pm #46919stevarinoParticipantRecieved my row F seats today to the Cincinnati PNC Pavillion show, and my first Amos Lee Album Mission Bell, listening now. Very good, thanks for the recommendation Lafayette.
May 8, 2011 at 2:29 am #46920LafayetteParticipantI received our tix as well. I’m puzzled by the 3X factor on 3rd row pit seats in the center. Should be a 1X factor. Back in the day I use to get hung up on that x factor.
All 4 of Amos’s CDs have something to offer. I have very few songs on any of his records I really don?t care for. Less than a handful.
May 16, 2011 at 4:55 am #46921LafayetteParticipantMega page spreads devoted to Cincinnati’s Riverbend season including shows at PNC Pavillion, ala Amos & Lucinda 😀
According to the highlighted bullet next to the Lucinda Williams / Amos Lee show, concert goers will be treated to a “FREE Pre-show Cook Out (Cincinnati speak) provided by Blue Grass Quality Meats and Kroger at the Time Warner Cable Party Plaza.”
We could very well run into Butch sampling the goods…

Ha, Ha Very clever of you Lafayette remembering Butch’s gourmet hot dog video in the tour bus.
Two things to note.
1. Don’t forget to clip the $1.00 off coupon for Blue Grass Quality Meats.
2. The Cook Out starts 1 & 1/2 hours before Amos takes to the stage and Butch may be in the middle of a sound check, So if he can’t make it, you could perhaps bring him a take out. 😆lwj

Not to mention Butch signed tnt’s drum head … “Butch Eats Meat”
You’re one up on me on the added info about the “cook out” (I always get razzed by my Northeast friends when I tell them we are “cooking out.” One is completely mortified I don’t say BBQ. 😆
Did you find the bonus info on Riverbend’s site?

lwjMay 16, 2011 at 4:09 pm #46926LWjettaParticipantLafayette, might as well carry this thread to the extreme.
One more coupon to clip for dessert. This was from the main page for Riverbend.
Graeter’s Ice Cream ( wow since 1870 )

May 16, 2011 at 4:48 pm #46927LafayetteParticipantGraeter’s = Delectable
Butch will have time to dig in–festivities end 15 minutes before show time.
