Live Lu on the internet

I’m always looking for live Lu shows to download off the internet. I thought i might share what I’ve found recently for anybody that’s interested. I usually find stuff on torrent sites that is in a lossless format. The only one i’ve found recently is “Rare Lu 2008”, which is mostly West demos plus some other studio stuff. find it here:http://www.demonoid.com/files/details/1549116/4651332/. You need a torrent client like http://www.vuze.com/app to download it. If you can’t download it there, it’s available on MP3 on other torrent sites. Additionally, I’ve found many live shows available in mp3 format. Try here: http://incaroads-wvkayaker.blogspot.com/ You’ll find 3 live lu shows, Davis 9-30-92, PBS Soundstage with Lu and Kasey Chambers, and CMT Crossroads with Lu and Elvis Costello. Here they are, name – “music” , password – “chinook” here you’ll find 17 live Lu recordings, along with more from other alt-country acts like Whiskeytown, Uncle Tupelo, Emilylou Harris, Wilco, Steve Earle, Dylan, and others. Keep in mind, these are mp3’s with fairly low bitrate, so there are issues. Also this site closes down near the end of the month if there’s been alot of bandwith usage, but then opens at the start of the next month. ENJOY!
