    Hi

    I’m trying to buy the live cds but I can’t get past the id form at the store site.

    I’ve sent a message to the store, used the mail address

    merchandise@musictoday.com

    however, it’s been almost a week and I didn’t get any answer.

    Can anyone give me an alternative mail address for the store, to someone that will, at least, answer me?

    I’d be very grateful if someone could help me.

    I am exactly the same and it does get frustrating when you have gone through the checkout process 9 times.

    Sent an email off today to see why and hopefully it will probably be resolved shortly.

    Weirdest thing… On Sept 21 I ordered a live CD and paid with paypal. The funny thing is, the next day the website looked different and the email address i was given (store@lucindawilliams.com ) bounces. Even the store address (store.lucindawilliams.com) is a dead address. Have i been ripped off??

    You might want to try PMing “Inside Job” (Tom Overby). He’s quite good about responding to questions.
