ParticipantIt’s pretty easy to set up a PayPal account. It walks you through it…

True that.

Participanthey inside job, was there a problem with *people talking* on the saturday night disk? i was pretty disappointed it wasn’t on there especially since i’m not a big fan of it on wwt but saturday night it was big fun.

ParticipantJackstraw, do you mean that the CD did not include “People Talking”? I know the LA CD back cover omitted the last three songs (American Dream, World Without Tears & Words Fell), but they were included on the CD. I hope they’re not going to leave certain songs off the NYC CD’s. Every song she did in LA was included on the CD’s. I’m rethinking ordering the NYC CD’s if this is the case. Please let me know.

Participantyeah, people talking was not on my disk, can’t imagine mine was the only one. . it was listed on the cd cover, but obviously they’re done in advance. everything was on the essence disk from last night.

ParticipantThanks, for getting back, jackstraw. I’m no longer interested in getting the NY CD’s. If they’re going to pick and choose which songs get on it, I’m not going to pay that kind of price. I’m happy with the way the LA CD’s were done.

ParticipantGood to know this before I dish out 75 more bucks.

ParticipantI haven’t checked my WWT disk yet from NYC yet (it’s in the car for the ride home tonight)….the edit doesn’t surprise me though, from my watch she started the album around 9:25 and finished around 11:05….100 minutes or so. With the luxury of some time post show, I’m sure they could have edited out the false starts, etc and trimmed the sucker to 80 minutes…but given the time constraints they had to do something.

ParticipantI would also like to know if some songs are left off of the NY CDs. I’ve already pre-ordered, so I’ll get them anyway.
I still haven’t listened to the LA set I picked up in Charlottesville. I haven’t noticed any negative comments about them here.

ParticipantNo “People Talkin'” on my CD, either. It must have been cut for time, but it does seem there were enough false starts and moments of dead air to cut the show down and include all the songs.
If there’s a chance that they rectify this for the online purchasers, I’d hope they’d also rectify it for those of us who didn’t get all the songs. Even a 1-song download would be greatly appreciated.

ParticipantThank you all for saving me 100 bucks, I appreciate it. I’m no longer interested now. If they’re going to use the excuse that they had to cut some time, you don’t do it by deleting songs! You delete all the ridiculous false starts.

ParticipantYou’re a tough customer, Tim! 😉

ParticipantI’m just being honest, Lefty. They’re being advertised as the complete album played all the way thru. When you put the money down, take it home, and then find out there’s a song or two missing that smacks of a ripoff to me.

ParticipantAs expensive as they are, they should include EVERY song.
