I attended the El Re shows and have heard both sets. In my opinion the El Rey shows are the ones to have if you are only getting one set.
Yes – I’d have to agree. I am lucky to have both sets, but would say on the whole the LA set slightly edges the NY set.
There were some anomalies in my order. I suggest you E Mail Customer Services as I did – I said I did not want to bear the cost/see the sense in returning the faulty discs and they sent me the replacements with no quibbles.
You never know – they may send you the LA set in addition to the ones you have. If you don’t ask you don’t get.
Or you could always burn a set before returning them!
