Noting, for the record, happily 🙂 , that I received two replacement discs (from Kufula recordings, the fulfillment company) for the disks with missing songs: WWT and SOW from the NYC shows.
Thanks very much to all involved for following through on this.
December 14, 2007 at 5:41 pm #34117lennybruceParticipantI have the same editing problem with the NY show.
Now Ive found another problem
A didgital glitch at the 3:32 mark of the 4th song, Rightously On the Sept 5th World Without Tears LA show. Anyone else have this problem. This makes the 3rd out of 10 I ordered that has a problem. For all the internet orders they should have used silver discs instead of cdrs. cdrs have a lot more problems.
I hate to sound negative, the autographs and sound quality are nice, but Its hard to listen to 10 discs with a 2 1/2 year old running around and give them the proper listen they deserve.
Oh,well time to e mail Lus support team again.

December 28, 2007 at 12:24 am #34119jackstrawParticipantsame boat, got a cd missing people talking at irving plaza
that night, msg’d ij on this board w/ home address, nada.
so far.December 28, 2007 at 2:00 am #34120Inside JobParticipantJackstraw- I’ve spent the last hour trying to track down the email trail between us, and I can find the post in the regular forum on Nov. 7 where you say “PM is on the way” , and I can find a response back to you from me on No. 8 where I’m apparently responding to your question about sending the defective WWT back -and i said no that’s fine -I’ll just have anew one sent. But the PM from you to me in between those is missing, which is very strange because I don’t delete anything. Anyway – if you can please PM your address again I will mail one out myself tomorrow. I don’t know how the @#$* this is happening but somehow a very few have slipped thru the cracks. My aplogies.
hyperionct- I believe you also should have received an email today, and yours also will be shipped asap. My apologies also.
December 28, 2007 at 2:40 am #34121jackstrawParticipantcool, i’ll msg you here. i know from the vast majority
here you’ve taken care of the mishaps and mistakes
along the way. msg i sent was 11/8 and honestly i
just didn’t pursue mine that hard. thanks for your helpDecember 28, 2007 at 3:00 am #34122Inside JobParticipantI got your PM and will take care of it. I also found the original email i sent 11/8 to the people helping me asking for a replacement be sent to you, so I don’t know exactly what happened.

December 28, 2007 at 4:32 pm #34124adminParticipantIf you have issues regarding your orders, the best way to reach out to us is via the e-mail address customersupport@lucindawilliams.com
If you’ve placed an order on or before December 18, you should have received your order by now. If you have not, and you have not already been in touch with us and had a response from either Tom, Todd or Ken, the email address customersupport@lucindawilliams.com actually comes to all three of us.
Kufala (our fulfillment company) is closed until January 3, so no orders, replacements, etc. will be shipped before then.
If you have the New York recordings and have not received the replacement copies, please email us at the above address. If possible, please let us know your original Store Order # so that we can update your record in the store and try and make sure that everyone who has not yet, gets their replacement discs.
If you have some other issue with any of the discs and require a replacement then contact us at customersupport@lucindawilliams.com
If you placed an order, paid with PayPal and have heard nothing from us, please contact us and we will get you sorted. There has been an issue with a very small number of orders where PayPal does not transmit the final transaction back to the store. We are working to fix this and apologize for any delays.
If you are trying to place an order and are having PayPal issues, please contact us at support@lucindawilliams.com We know there are some issues which we are working to resolve, plus we will be adding more payment options as soon as our programmer gets back from snowboarding in Japan.
Thank you everyone for your patience and understanding.
Happy Holidays

December 30, 2007 at 5:15 pm #34125RayParticipantAt some point down the road, maybe the Lu Crew could share with us a post-mortem on the whole Live CD experience.
(I, for one, have been very happy, but it’s been entertaining to follow this topic since last summer.)
I also do hope that the plusses have outweighed the negatives, for all concerned, and we’ll be seeing more live cds offered in the future! 🙂
January 16, 2008 at 5:09 pm #34126jackstrawParticipantreplacement disk in, thanks to all involved.

toddMarch 22, 2008 at 10:05 pm #34129cooksferryParticipantSorry to drag up an old thread with my first post but I’m having trouble getting any info re an order I placed at the beginning of the month.
I’ve tried contacting the customer support address twice with no luck or replies so hopefully one of the admin staff may be able to contact me from here.Order number is 714, Sweet Old World – Live at the El Rey Theatre .
My order status is still shown as processing although the order and Paypal transaction were completed on the 5th March.I’d like to know if the order has actually been received, if the disc has been posted or if there’s a glitch is the process.
Thanks for any help.March 30, 2008 at 5:29 pm #34130rpt56ParticipantI ordered the five El Rey shows and just received the package in the mail yesterday. When I opened it I found they had sent the New York shows instead. The receipt that was packed with the CDs read “Live at the El Rey Theatre. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I keep them or exchange them for the correct shows? I cannot afford to get both sets. Any opinions?
