Does anyone know the one line in the Real Love lyrics that seems to be missing from any of the online lyric sites, as well as in Little Honey’s CD’s lyrics? The online sites only read: “incomprehensible.”
Here’s the line:
Last night you called me from in [???]
Said come on baby you really got something…Does anyone know the line, for real? Thanks so much if you can help. I’m singing this one.
i tried to find where this had been asked and answered here earlier by inside job/searching didn’t reveal it, but “you called me from London” is the line. are you singing it live? where? let’s plug yer gig!

who wishes she’d got the heads up that Emmylou was going to play at Largo with the Dave Rawlings Machine last Thursday dang it.Thanks, Lisa. The line sounds right. I just started in a new band so no gigs set-up quite yet. (We still haven’t even picked a name for the the group! We are getting synchronized, but will post when we get it all together. I’m in the San Francisco Bay Area. You sing/write?
steve earle is playing a benefit monday night at Great American Music Hall, if you’re able to go you should, it ought to be a heartfelt evening.
i don’t know how you get a password to buy a ticket, but i’m guessing you can swing by there and get one…….dave and gillian are there tuesday (they’re at Largo on Monday.
