    Remarks from the imbedded one:

“Very tight show last night with 5 songs making their tour debut -which are highlighted in red. That brings the count after the first week at 44 different songs. Already in Charlottesville for a well earned day off. “

    Embedded

I don’t think imbedded is a word but if it was it would have a significantly different connotation. 😮

Oh Christ. I’m surprised Mr. Stoger let that go. 😳

😆 I can’t believe the Perfesser missed that one.

A few embellishments to stoger’s report.

The Opera House was quite the venue – ornate and very charming with wonderful acoustics.

I advise one to not order Merlot from the bar for a pre-show drink. I think Bota Box wine would score better. The company was good, though.

No fist fights or shouting matches with drunk patrons, no tripping down steps with drinks, no candle wax all over the front of me – it was a ‘five out of five stars’ night.

I had a lump in my throat during “Bus To Baton Rouge” – gorgeous.

Lu and the band were very tight. An amazing show. We are so very fortunate she is still writing, recording, and touring.

    Thanks, lefty!

Perhaps one day our worlds will collide at a Lu show. I’ve yet to meet tonyg as well. I think I just initiated a “Attend show with FF Members” bucket list.
