The white one? With the black lines in the shape of rectangles all over it? 8)
Whatever he wears, he sure can hit a lick on that old Telecaster he plays!

It does look like it’s been around the block a time or two, doesn’t it? 😆

I did purchase in Oxford a hastily compiled live bootleg from a Kansas show earlier in the year, which lists the song in question as “Bohemian Wedding Prayer.” Period. But there were other mistakes in the labeling. Still, it’s the only disc I have which features the Shannon song she wrote for Levon Helm which she has been performing live. . . .

For these dates, Will Sexton is playing guitar instead of Richard Mache. I attended their show last night (Wednesday, Jan. 30) at the Saxon Pub on South Lamar Blvd. in Austin, TX (a welcome distance from downtown and the infamous BlackHeart Bar). For this Austin show only, Charlie Sexton joined his brother and the band on-stage for a few songs.
An excellent show, with the Saxon filled with an adult audience of respectful music listeners–all the talkers, hipsters, thieves, and cellphone addicts were exiled to downtown.

But did you score another free drink on the band’s tab this time, Paul, a la Dallas?
No improvised leisure suits on stage I guess, without the Mache presence.
Charlie Sexton produced Shannon’s record Geronimo, along with other discs we might be familiar with here.
