Mrs. backstreets and I had a great time with stoger before and during the show. Stoger may embellish the setlist later. (*) – indicates tour debut.

Not much to “embellish,” though it was a solid show. As “Pray the Devil Back to Hell” was ending, Lu added some spoken words, as if she was addressing ol’ Satan not in the third person of the title, but directly in the second person. As Flannery O’Connor has a younger female character say to her elder in the short story “Revelation,” “Go back to hell where you came from, you old wart hog.” Harrumph!

Clever concept this “tour debut” business, backstreets: I’ll take an assist with that, and credit Tom Overby too–you remember, Mr. Inside Job from the earlier years (decades?) of this Forum.

How’s it hangin’, Tony? Retirement pleasing you?

Thx Mr. Stoger. All I do is go for a walk and read the comments in the Forum.
