Found this web site with lots of info on Kathleen including current tour and unreleased songs. Interesting she has included song tabs and lots of articles.
Created by a fan from Sweden who also has a You Tube site called Building 55 (named after Kathleen’s first EP from 1999)

well, here’s a treat. don’t know if this is supposed to be rare or not, and as far as i’m concerned this track is not commercially available. it’s a stunning alternate version (demo?) of that superb lucinda-like song of hers, six o’clock news. apparently it was made for radio only:
There is an ALTERNATE version of this song, made for the radio ONLY which is not on any album – it is similar, but MUCH twangier, and less “produced” sounding. The lead guitar lines are different, more soulful. The other version is better. Reply if you want info on how to get it.

Kathleen and Sarah Harmer took on the boys (former NHL stars ) last week for a charity event in Toronto as part of the Juno awards.
Here is a description of Kathleen’s hockey sweater.
Five-time Juno-nominated singer/songwriter Kathleen Edwards wore a No. 69 jersey with “Puck Bunny” stitched across the back, hometown hero Gary Roberts managed to play the pest role even in a charity game and Blue Rodeo frontman Jim Cuddy took on Montreal Canadiens winger Mark Napier and his “glee club” of hockey players in a sing-off.

Those are lyrics in my forum signature – they are from “Copenhagen” off of Blessed.
To create or change your forum signature, go to ‘User Control Panel”, then click on the “Profile” tab at the top, then the “Edit signature” tab on the left.
BTW, all tags that you can use when posting a reply in a thread can also be used in your signature; e.g., I used the [size] & (italics) tags in mine…

Thank you, now I have to work on creating a signature.
I should have guessed that it was from Lu and consulted the Blessed liner notes.

A celebration of Parks Canada 100th Anniversary.
Wapusk, a National Park in the tundra on the shores of Hudson’s Bay.
Beautiful songs (Wapusk and On the Tundra) by Kathleen recorded last Summer.

I’ve had that reverse situation several times-not available in Canada.
Anyway, two more things, If you go to the Parks Canada main menu, you will find another park called Gwaii Hanas National Park Reserve in British columbia.
Now I know you are very partial tnt to the name Sarah as in your significant other, as in Sarah Jaffe and as in Sarah Harmer.
Ms. Harmer is in this Park episode-her music and the park scenery in the videos are great and again only on iTunes Canada.Second thing- Kathleen Edwards took a vacation trip to Auckland, NZ.
There are three long videos of her travel =from CMT TV Canada to enjoy.

It seemed to be working – they let me create an account with a U.S. mailing address, select the songs, etc. – but when I tried to check out, my credit card would be rejected. And, I tried two different cards, both of which I use for online purchases elsewhere regularly without an issue…

I don?t live in Canada. Can I download music from Archambault.ca?
For copyright reasons, the downloadable files available on Archambault.ca are for distribution in Canada only. They cannot be downloaded outside Canada.lwj
