    wish I could get a copy of ‘Me and Bobby McGee, Ball and Chain”…I’d really like to hear that.

    Interesting re: ‘Silver threads and golden needles’?- never heard Janis doing it, (I love the Linda Ronstadt version) so did a wiki search, appears the Dead did it in concert in the late sixties. Interesting stuff.
