I ordered all of them a month ago, paid with paypal.
Got a receipt.
I’ve emailed the store@lucindawilliams.com, with a copy of the receipt, no response.
Has anyone else have any problems with delivery?
It sorta reminds me of the fan club fiasco.
I have the same problem; ordered the NY set on Oct. 2nd got a receipt from Paypal but cannot get any info from “the store” cannot even check the status; I am hoping inside job can help. I’m glad I am not alone
I emailed the store and PM’d Inside Job around the same time and had a farily rapid response to both.
The upshot was that my order hadn’t been shipped but as Inside Job says on the other thread, the matter is being dealt with now so hopefully it won’t be too long before the CDs land here in the UK.
I’m sure they’ll be more than worth the wait! 😀
I frankly forgot about my order. They took my money back in October via PayPal and I have never heard a word. I think they lost the order, which the website seems to indicate has happened with PayPal payments. I just emailed today to follow-up, so hopefully they’ll do me right.
Not complaining (yet!), just warning other PayPal payers that you might not get an email from Lu’s store, so you’d better check your records and get in touch with them.
