    I ordered all of them a month ago, paid with paypal.
    Got a receipt.
    I’ve emailed the store@lucindawilliams.com, with a copy of the receipt, no response.
    Has anyone else have any problems with delivery?
    It sorta reminds me of the fan club fiasco.

    I have the same problem; ordered the NY set on Oct. 2nd got a receipt from Paypal but cannot get any info from “the store” cannot even check the status; I am hoping inside job can help. I’m glad I am not alone

    I don’t have my copies either, but am also in Europe. I have mailed the web shop, but they don’t answer.

    Same story here: ordered mine 10/9 and got an order number, but nothing rec’d so far… I emailed the store a few days ago and no response yet. 😕

    I emailed the store and PM’d Inside Job around the same time and had a farily rapid response to both.

    The upshot was that my order hadn’t been shipped but as Inside Job says on the other thread, the matter is being dealt with now so hopefully it won’t be too long before the CDs land here in the UK.

    I’m sure they’ll be more than worth the wait! 😀

    I have yet to receive my orders. I ordered LA on 9/30, and NYC on 10/16.

    The customer service e-mail address has been non-responsive. Inside Job has at least responded. We’ll see if that actually nets any results.

    I’m very disappointed so far, especially after seeing how many people have received orders that they placed far later than I did.

    They turned around the first order via FedEx in enough time for me to give them as a birthday gift today. Redemption.

    I frankly forgot about my order. They took my money back in October via PayPal and I have never heard a word. I think they lost the order, which the website seems to indicate has happened with PayPal payments. I just emailed today to follow-up, so hopefully they’ll do me right.

    Not complaining (yet!), just warning other PayPal payers that you might not get an email from Lu’s store, so you’d better check your records and get in touch with them.
