A tip of the cap to “11/17/70” – – a great live album by Reg Dwight, before the Elton John mask became permanently glued to his face. The infatuation pretty much ended for me after “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road” in ’73.

Fun(?) Fact: Reg cut his hand at some point during the 11/17/70 performance; by the end of the show, his piano keyboard was covered with blood.

He was probably still wearing his own hair too. I liked his first album. Nothing since.
