I have been a fan of his for many years. Just was thinking about the song “Beautiful”. It is awesome! I was wondering if anyone else had some favorites they would like to share. Thanks!
He has written a lot of great songs, I enjoy some when they come up on the radio, eg sundown, carefree highway, wreck of the Edmond Fitzgerald.
I have an oddball favorite though. It’s ‘early morning rain’ done by jerry lee lewis on his Live in London recordings from the early 70s. check it out, the whole album is killer! (slight pun intended)

yeah, I forgot one, If You Could Read My Mind is another favorite. I bought that 45 back in the day… you don’t get him on the radio? where do you live?
we saw him do a show here some years back, enjoyed it.
the Jerry Lee Lewis album/cd I was referring to was “London Sessions” the vinyl is out there, just check some old record shops or amazon has the track for 99 cents.
If you could read my mind is an awesome song! Thanks for your reply. I think you might like “Canadian railroad trilogy”. It is similar to early morning rain i think. Song for a winter’s night is also a great song.
