    I nearly fell off my chair this morning when I got the newsletter from AllBlues (one of the biggest concert organisers/promoters in Switzerland) that Lucinda will be playing her first ever show in Zürich/Switzerland on Saturday, June 8th @ Kaufleuten, a wonderful club and my favourite place for concerts here in town.

    So did I when I got the allblues newsletter! Not only Lucinda but together with Doug; that’s the icing on the cake!
    But this time, PLEASE, fans of Lucinda who are on this forum and will come to the Zurich show, PLEASE let’s meet and enjoy the show together. It makes more fun with people who appreciate the artist and know the songs. It was disapointing at the shows in Basel and Lucerne, where no one really seemed to know Lucinda and her song material.
    Looking forward to June!!!

    Yes indeed was a really good night, TomO actually commented that it was in the top 3 of the whole tour, was final night on that tour if I remember correctly, Lu really liked the venue and put on a great show, I had a feeling they would return.

    that’s cool. i got through the 5 stages of grief (“rio is so much better than every european city combined” – which is fair & true) in a couple of minutes and now i feel genuinely happy about this. maybe i can take part in it. unlikely but hey: cheap flights, off-season et al.

    Would have much preferred Perth to Edinburgh but tix already in hand for Bonnie Raitt the same night.
