    JOHN Lewis seems to have the Midas touch, with booming sales and the soundtrack to its Christmas TV advert reaching number one in the iTunes chart. Ellie Goulding’s version of the Elton John classic Your Song took the top spot five days after the department store’s campaign launched during X Factor
