Thanks Tony, since I’m completely bored at work, I’ll go on. At one point E announced that Chet had been with him for 10 years. So, they had a little ceremony, E taking Chet as his guitar player, Chet taking E as his band leader. Humorous but not comparable to Lu and Tom’s ceremony. The shtick they are working this tour appears to be when each member is introduced, E says something like, “Great picking, Give me a hug.” And an embrace ensues. The men were all decked out in what looked to be Adidas track suits. One thing in general that I liked about the show was each member had what looked like 18″ – 24″ risers that sat on the stage. This made the sight lines excellent, even when standing on the main floor. Seems like a good idea since my wife is shorter than most.

I’ve been a fan since A Man Called E, way back when and this was my first opportunity to see Mr. Everett. It was fantastic, and if any are in the path of this tour, I would recommend it.
