Another great show at Zoeys last night by Doug Pettibone. A band from LA named Northstar Session opened and played for about 45 minutes. They were great! A guitarist, keyboard player, another guitarist/percussion player. All original songs, nice vocals. I bought 3 of their CDs.
Doug played solo acoustic, mostly the West Gate, and some new songs, and a couple covers. Lee Koch sat in on harmonica for a few songs. Lee opened for Doug a couple weeks ago.
Doug’s last scheduled date at Zoeys is in 2 weeks.
