    hi all, been a long time since I logged on here.
    I thought the board was gone after the website changed – guess I overlooked it when I first checked it out.

    anyways, I think I’m going to see Charlie Daniels Band on Thursday night.
    should be fun, hopefully he’ll play a couple songs from his Dylan covers, but he’s got lots of good stuff beyond that.
    anybody seen him lately?

    I saw him at the Whisky a go go back in 72 when I’d first moved to LA. Uneasy Rider was what I was familiar with and he had a great band, as I expect he still has.

    yeah, we saw Charlie back in 2015, they were pretty good and he did a nice Tangled up in Blue.

    last weekend, I scored a couple tickets to his gig in Branson on Nov 3 at grandson’s football booster club silent auction…

    BUT  if he doesn’t STFU about the confederate statues, I ain’t going!
