    Car Wheels was not a Lost Highway release -it was on Mercury. It’s success was one of the reasons that LH was started.
    LH wanted to Essence vinyl for the anniversary but they did not want to pay to have it remastered for vinyl so I declined to release it that way. If you don’t remaster for vinyl it will sound like crap so it was an easy decision.

    We hope to have both of these reissued on vinyl–hopefully next year.

    Thanks for that information re: Car Wheels and Essence. Glad to hear there is still hope in the not too distant future. Keep us posted if possible. Thanks again for quick response.

    Oh yeah, have a good mixer remaster them for vinyl… that would be the greatest treat ever. 🙂
