It’s one with Frank Sinatra from Carnegie Hall N.Y.City nov 1974..Frank is introduced as if he were the heavy champion of the world (which he truly was)..Great album ends up with as he say ‘the new national hymn’ ‘My Way’….some powerful singin on this one from Frankie Boy… 8)

Grateful Dead EUROPE ’72…by far the best, a classic that never gets old, no matter how many times I’ve listened to it.

That’s a good one Bob. Hard to top that. Has anyone mentioned the Allman Brother’s Live at the Fillmore East?

Rory’s “Irish Tour ’74” and Lucinda’s “Live@The Filmore” already have been mentioned – I want to add these ones:

Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble “Live Alive” (miss him like Rory)

Frank Zappa “The Best Band You Never Heard In Your Life” (miss him like Rory and Stevie)

Alison Krauss + Union Station “Live” (thank god – they are still alive!)

In preparation to the Tift Merritt/Josh Ritter-Tour in the Netherlands in November I ordered Josh’s “Live At the Iveagh Garden” – WOW!!! I didn’t know him. Big mistake. Listen to “Me & Jiggs”, “Harrisburg” and “To the Dogs (or whoever)”, then you maybe know what I mean. “Kathleen” makes me think of Kathleen Edwards and her ITunes-live-EP, another… “12 Bellevue” is one of my all-time-favored songs.
