    I know I am hanging on to a very slim possibility of a Lucinda New Year’s Eve show in LA, and I’m sure she would like to enjoy a New Year’s Eve somewhere other than a stage, but with the tragedies of this year, it would be somehow fitting to bid 2012 goodbye with Lu’s strong emotional music.     Unfortunately, the New Years show this year will not happen. Although Lu completely wanted to do it–in fact her desire to play kept it alive after I thought we had no options. However other things just didn’t quite work out for this year. On to 2013.

    Fair enough. Maybe I can stay off the road on NYE. Or maybe not.

    It would seem that rapper got first dibs on HOB LA, but better luck next year.

    With fond memories of Viper Room two (or was it three?) years ago. . .
