Going to see Lu in Memphis tonight and would like to know how it went — and what was played — last night.
Okay let me try this again. Just had it all typed in and it disappeared. With the show not starting until 11:30 a mere half hour before the official beginning of Mardi Gras Day, it was expected that the crowd would be a bit rambunctious. With that in mind the set was Mardi Gras-ified a bit and the acoustic set was shortened. The show ended at nearly 1:30 AM with Lucinda doing her Mardi Gras dance while the band grooved their way thur the freshened up Get Right With God. A great ending to a memorable night.
