I know I only ended up buying 1st night shows. Partly due to the set lists but also because I knew I couldn’t afford two shows. When I bought mine (single ticket, mind you) I got row L center. When I checked the second night I was able to get row H center.
Perhaps it would have been smarter to mix up the albums each night since it appears the last 4 albums aren’t as in demand as the first 5. I’m sure both will end up doing just fine.
Does anyone know if Lucinda will be “meetable” in Toronto? I saw her twice in 2007 and had no such luck. I’d love just a quick picture and signature. Perhaps there is a known system? lol
As far as special guests are concerned, I know Gurf Morlix is opening a few shows for and playing with Maine and Austin’s very own Slaid Cleaves who frequently gives a nod to Don Walser and his music. Maybe one or both could slide by. Also, LW was nice to create a slot for Tim Easton as a opener several years ago. And every time I have seen Ohio’s favorite singer/songwriter, he always and happily dips into LWs songbook with deep appreciation and a smile. Maybe he and even The Sadies could sit in. The possibilities are fun to ponder, really…
In light of the pending tour and its energy, I hope ticket sales start moving northward–I don’t like seeing so many empty seats available for sale at this time…
