2009 marks the 30th anniversary of Lucinda’s recording career.

I think it would be really cool if we got one or more of the following:

    1) Re-release of “Ramblin'” on lp and cd.
    2) More 5-night stand concerts
    3) Cd set including alternate takes, out-takes and live takes over the past 30 years.

    Any other ideas?

Stoger, Lafayette & I discussed this Saturday night while waiting for Lu to take the stage. I think this one is an awesome idea & something I’d be all over like white on rice.

Same here. There has to be tons of stuff to put together.

All those covers she has done would be an amazing addition.

I would love a Lucinda album of nothing but blues classics. Every time I hear her cover a blues classic, I think it’s the best version of I’ve ever heard of that song.

Like me, she’s a big fan of Howlin’ Wolf and the delta blues musicians.
One of those thrown in every now and then would make a special night even better.

Full CD of blues classics? Naa – just give me twelve more Lu originals.
