    1 Are You Alright
    2 Can’t Let Go
3 Real Live Bleeding. . . [with a less than successful intro during which she tries to make a contrast with “dead fingers”]
    4 Drunken A
5 People Talkin’ [late in the song, David’s backing vocals become the ONLY vocals, but Lu rallies and finishes strong]
6 Big Black Train [“backstreets” will want to know that she gave credit to Bruce S as far as inspiring this song]
    7 Blue
8 Sweet Side [after which Lu opines that this song would work well in a “Psychology 101 course”]
    9 Are You Down
10 You Can’t Rule Me [with much Memphis Minnie lore beforehand, talk of whisky & and how “bad-ass” she was: also, Lu is wearing a shirt with this song title–as I am, modestly and of a different design, in row P center]
11 Pray the Devil Back to Hell [“It’s a mean old world”]
    12 Changed the Locks
    13 Out of Touch
    14 Honeybee
15 Righteously {Lu cracks up laughing near the end, with talk of how the boys in the band “are trying to trick me”]

Roger, that’s an interesting comment about Big Black Train. Not sure if a specific song/album is the source, or Springsteen’s battle with depression through the years.

Good to know you’re still on the case, Professor. Hope you’ve been well. 🙂

You too, ol’ southpaw. Wasn’t it Ithaca where we met and dug Lu? I have some vague memory of an artist or bookstore event just prior. Can you confirm or deny?

You are correct, sir! Before the Lu show at the State, we witnessed some “performance art” at a bookstore. We didn’t walk out on it, so it must have been okay. 😃

Despite your quotation marks above, it met the “OK” standard. Not much above it, admittedly.

Well color me intrigued. Hmm “performance art”. Sounds like me after some cocktails.
