And just like that we’re back in Canada. About an hour before the show it looked like conditions were going to be very difficult. Dark clouds were rolling in and the wind was blowing a dust storm right up on the stage. It started to rain and rained right up until Lu took the stage. It was still very dark and cloudy and then right before she started Are You Down the clouds broke and the sun came bursting out. As Lu sang “Can’t put the rain back in the sky” the crowd let out a huge cheer. Great moment. Somehow it seemed really fitting. On to Ottawa.
