Thanks for covering my belatedness, tony and tom.
A few addenda:
Drunken A had a false start–reboot, with Lu doing a short Blaze intro the second time.
Butch donned the frottoir for Well Well Well, a k a “zydeco vest” in Anglospeak.
“We’re going to pick up the pace” marked the transition from song nine to ten, though had I known I would have yelled out “Stand Right” to prolong the lovely ballad segment.
Between 12 and 13, Lu apologized for her “road hard and put up wet” voice, mentioning all the illness going around and all the meds out there to combat same.
Vic Chesnutt got quite an intro. Thanks to Lu and Tom for doing “Seeing Black.”
As Marc Ford walked out and the band walked back on, Lu said “This is real rock and roll; this ain’t no bullshit. . . no glitzy Hollywood…” I suppose that was the equivalent of the Foolishness-addenda, since that song wasn’t done.
Wish I could do Bay Area. . .
