I second that. Awesome night. I too really liked the boots. World Without Tears, one of our favorites.
Excellent reporting, viv, and certainly sounds like one for the history books. I tried copying and pasting your instagram photo of Tony Joe White, however, I’m not all that savvy with getting around the Instagram nuances of posting OPP (other people’s photos). I suppose it’s good to know instagram has some photo cred protections in place. ❓

Viv, as an FYI, one needs a hosting site with an image link, lwj uses tinypics, I like utilizing photobucket.

Incredibly special night with the legendary Tony Joe White sitting on guitar on Something Wicked and West Memphis -the songs he played on on the record. And then came back for a very spontaneous version of his classic song Rainy Night In Georgia. Really great versions of This Old Heartache and Everything But The Truth among other highlights. (Rainy Night was the only tour debut, bring this tour’s song count to 71).
