Did imbedment lead to continuous slumber throughout the show in our nation’s capital?
November 13, 2014 at 7:44 pm #53699tonygKeymasterThe show happened, according to Facebook.
November 13, 2014 at 10:10 pm #53700tonygKeymasterFrom the intrepid traveler:
This was one of those nights that just kept picking up momentum as the night went on with Lu being very energized by the crowd who were amazing from note one.. Arguably the best show of this run so far. Great great audience = great great show. Funny how that works out.
4 more tour debuts (in red) bringing the count to 54. We still could make a pretty great setlist from what hasn’t been played yet.

I would have thought the 9:30 club might well have brought out the best show of the run, but kudos to the Lincoln Theatre for doing it.
Ramshead, boys?
November 14, 2014 at 8:55 pm #53702tonygKeymasterAlmost always at your service! 😀
November 14, 2014 at 9:52 pm #53703DDinNJParticipantI admit, I am not a big fan of social media, but someone set up a Twitter thing on my phone, so I checked it out, and maybe I am reading these “Tweets” incorrectly, but did someone do an “tinydesk” performance for NPR today and is now being interviewed on WXPN in Phila?
November 14, 2014 at 10:07 pm #53704DDinNJParticipantAnd yes, I posted this in the wrong place.

Here’s the telephone interview with Lu from today.

November 14, 2014 at 11:23 pm #53706DDinNJParticipantThank You, LWJ. Upon further investigation it appears the performance was largely for NPR’s staff That was very quick turn around for posting the interview Now if only someone had last night’s set list.
November 15, 2014 at 12:43 am #53707TomOverbyParticipantWord got out quick –Lu did indeed tape NPR’s very popular Tiny Desk Concert series today doing 5 songs with a very stripped down band. It should run online very soon.
And Mr. G is now in possession of last night’s setlist.November 15, 2014 at 2:14 pm #53708LWjettaParticipant@TomOverby wrote:

And Mr. G is now in possession of last night’s setlist. Here’s a teeny tiny 16 seconds of NPR’s Tiny Desk. Looking forward to the whole thang!
