Whispering Pines

I’ve listened to The Band a lot in my life and have to admit I never paid much attention to Whispering Pines but after hearing Lu’s rendition of it for the Levon Helm tribute concert my appreciation for the song has grown considerably. It’s great that she chose a rather obscure tune and brought it to the forefront.
