Oh my: this led me to check http://bristolrhythm.com and verify that Lu is still the home-page poster girl for the following weekend’s festival. I think she’s solid for the Champagne, IL guitar fest the weekend before Cincy also. Hope for your sake Lafayette that it’s a trifecta.
July 10, 2013 at 9:13 pm #51923LafayetteParticipantstoger ~ I still have plans to travel to Champaign , so IF Lu isn’t added to the Cincinnati show [stellar line-up], I will at least have Illinois.
July 11, 2013 at 6:42 pm #51924LafayetteParticipantOkay, that was too easy. 4th row, center section! I hope Lu gets added to the bill. 8)

July 14, 2013 at 1:26 am #51927TOverbyParticipantFinally got the internet fixed so I can sign in here again. Unfortunately Lu won’t be playing at the Ohio River Throwdown. The routing just didn’t work. We will be in Champaign on 9/7 and Bristol on 9/20 (i think that’s the date now). The shows in between will be announced very soon. I think there will be at least a couple of very special shows. HINT: Which album is this year the 25th Anniversary of its original release?

a k a The Rough Trade offering: can’t wait. TnT, did you notice the word “South” in the neighboring thread?
July 15, 2013 at 5:18 am #51930LafayetteParticipantSpecial shows? Special shows?? I may have to re think Champaign. September will be a busy month for me, traveling and such. Looking forward to the announcement!

But don’t forget Bearcat football, a musical sports weekend potentially. . .
July 15, 2013 at 7:57 pm #51932LafayetteParticipantPLUS I’ll be in stellar company [stoger] at Lu’s show in Champaign. I more than likely will go. The venue looks great and I have enough points to book a room fairly close to the venue… plus football. WIN WIN WIN!
I may have to just ask for additional kitchen passes the month of September.

Rock on, jock sister! Bristol isn’t far off I-75 either, just so you know.
