    From High Road Touring ,Austin based Amy Cook opens for Lu.
    Amy has opened for Erika Wennerstrom’s (Heartless Bastards) (Lefty’s fav.)
    She has a great voice and will be a nice fit for Lucinda’s gigs coming up.

    nice development. we enjoyed Amy with her band opening for Alejandro Escovedo here a couple of years ago. they initially had technical problems so she launched into her fine version of Dylan’s Mama You Been On My Mind solo acoustic while they got things fixed.

    Good find, lwj. I’m a bit aware of AC, though one might prefer Elizabeth as far as that surname goes, with crackerjack band members like Bones Hillman and Tim Carroll behind her. Still, should be a sweet run. . .
