According to Georgia Theater site.

Thanks for posting this, boots. This is a last minute change. I checked last night & their Web site had Blake coming on at 9:00 PM & Lu at 10:00 PM. Now, it is 8:30 & 9:30, respectively. Doors are still at 8:00.
I’ll be there w/ my lovely wife, as will stoger…

We talked to an Athens native, of all places, on the deck of the Mercy Lounge in Nashville during the AMAs week before last about the rebuilt theatre. He was pretty drunk, but the gist of what I got is that all that remains of the old building are the brick exterior walls, and that there is some seating around the periphery, but most of the capacity is standing. He also told us some convoluted instructions for getting to the “best place to stand”, but I couldn’t really follow what the heck he was saying… 😆
