Drunken Angel
Jackson
Well Well Well [“If you hang around trashyou can’t come out clean” does very well in these Appalachian environs]

Copenhagen [with more talk of Squidbillies, “Southpark on acid”]
Born to Be Loved
Trying to Get to Heaven
Still I LOng For Your Kiss
Buttercup
Real Live Bleeding…
Essence

For What It’s Worth [with much political intro, though the name Herman Cain is not uttered: dedicated to the anti-Wall St. movement]
A cold night outdoors, fine show. Good to see rainydayman again, though I’m not exactly sure what privileges our alleged VIP tickets granted us. For a good cause, I guess. Now Asheville is a town where the females are not afraid to bypass the womens’ room line and head on in past a door labeled “Men.” Hmh. Ok. Well. And it’s not every night the tour manager himself wends his way through the standing crowd up front to extinguish a cigarette from a second “row” patron. Lu in fine fettle, hand in pocket against the chill during “Still I LOng” and others. And so the tour heads south.
