It took 3 hours of effort to get these tickets, but it paid off with front row seats. 😀

At first Ticketmaster said the tickets were going on sale today at 2pm PDT, but at 2pm, they said 4pm. At 4pm, it looked like it was going through so that you could buy tickets, but when you got to the buying screen, it said no tickets available. I called Ticketmaster, and the girl could see that there were seats but she couldn’t access them. She went to her supervisor who emailed the promoter, and said to try back in an hour. Thank you, very helpful Ticketmaster agent, for going the extra mile!!

Meanwhile, fellow forum member Bob called the box office and got someone there working on the situation.

In the interim, Ticketmaster changed the on-sale time to 10am tomorrow, right before they became available for sale tonight… I’m very glad I kept trying, and didn’t believe anything I read.

Ay caramba! It is a lot of work being a devotee!

Everyone, go get your tickets – âž¡

Thanks for the post. Ticketmaster is alive and well for this show; the TicketFast (print at home) fee is now $5.

This was definitely an experience and a “war story” to remember. Dates and times changing right before our eyes.
And yes, TM was up to its usual: $57.00+5.00+7.25+3.00=72.25
Not that I’m complaining. Front row, Lucinda, Chrissie… nope, I’m not complaining.

Scoring front row seats to see a performer you love and admire is the biggest rush, at least, for me! Congrats, Sandy, on your perserverance!
