    There’s a new station (Shore 104) here in Vancouver BC, that has been playing a couple of her tunes, nice to hear for a change. They have spots where local artists plug the station and one in particular was Colin James and he mentioned Lu as someone it was nice to hear get some airplay.

    Also, for those with Sirius satellite radio, check out channel 29 “The Loft”
    The afternoon DJ Megless Griffin plays a great varity of music, including Lu’s.
    She is a good friend of Lu and Tom and was invited to the First Avenue wedding in September.

    Thanks, lwj, for the Sirius tip. I’ll be sure to check out “The Loft.” It seems I’ve been stuck on the Classic Vinyl station as of late. However, on Sunday, I’ll be tuning in, I hope, to listen to NFL football on the drive home from Cleveland. A big game for this Cincinnati gal as the Bengals play the Steelers for 1st place in their division.

    I do love Sirius…it’s a very nice splurge, especially on road trips.

    My homegrown station spun “Ramblin'” last week, a nice little gem to hear on the radio.

    Glad you like Sirius ( no commercials ). By the way, Meg Griffin has been honoured as a DJ in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame exhibits
