A new member here, but a long time Lucinda fan. I was able to pick up tickets for this show as soon as they were announced, so I’ve been fortunate to score 9th row seats. I tried to find a set list for the past 4-5 shows, but haven’t been successful. Can anyone provide direction?
Can’t wait to see Lucinda!!! This will be my 5th time seeing her dating back to 2000 or just before. The last time I saw her perform live was at WolfTrap in Northern Virginia and as usual, she was awesome. I took my then girlfriend (now wife) to see her for her first time. She’s hooked as well. Can’t wait to hear most of the Little Honey CD performed live. Circles and X’s is one of my faves…hoping Saturday night comes fast! Have a great day all!

In the meantime, clicking on “Lucinda Shows” in the Forum will reveal threads for a good many shows. Forum participants have been quite good about posting set lists there – – you just have to dig through it a little.
Is Little Honey your favorite album? What are your Top 5 or Top 10 LW songs? Enjoy the show! 🙂

Hmmm…favorite tunes…..I’d say Changed the Locks is my very favorite. I love her duet with Elvis Costello on Jailhouse Tears and Circles and X’s is awesome. My other favorite Lucinda tunes include Righteously, Honey Bee, Unsuffer Me, Can’t Let Go, I lost it, Blue and Essence. So many awesome Lucinda tunes, but those are the ones that quickly come to mind. Woo Hoo…..I’m going to see Lucinda live on Saturday night!!!!!! Life is good and all will be right in the world!
By the way Lefty….I assume you are also a Neil Young fan? “Everybody knows this is nowhere” is the name of the Neil album that Cinnamon Girl came off of, correct? Cowgirl in the Sand as well?
September 26, 2009 at 2:51 pm #40714West WordsParticipantI wonder if Mary Chapin Carpenter will be there tonight? I was at the Whole Foods in Charlottesville last month, and none other than MCC was the customer in front of me at the check-out line. The cashier said that she owns a horse farm in the area. Have fun, Stoger! 🙂

I’ll keep an eye out, West Words, for organic produce and for MCC. Too bad she didn’t make the wedding. Rain may be imminent for tonight, by the way.
