Re-Releases of "Ramblin’" & "Happy Woman Blues"?

I received an e-mail from CDUniverse.com this morning w/ a link to a re-release of Ramblin’ due out on August 11th from Retroworld Records (link). Upon further investigation, there is also a re-release of Happy Woman Blues due out on the same date (link). Having never heard of Retroworld Records, I did a Google search and found this – apparently, they are a subsidiary of a UK company called Floating World Records.

Unfortunately, there are no additional / bonus tracks listed beyond those that were on the original releases of the albums. The CD Universe description of the Happy Woman Blues re-release claims it is digitally remastered, however.

Interesting that this wasn’t announced here earlier. Or, are they re-releases that are somehow not authorized directly by Lu & Tom?
