I think tonight’s second set just might be made up of at least 1 song from every one of Lucinda’s albums played in chronological order, starting with a selection from Ramblin’ and going up thru the West album.

I hope she picks Lafayette for the HWB track…I’ve been trying to hear that live for years!

That is a good idea. She played “Happy Woman Blues” the other night and it was GREAT!

No freakin’ way. How cool is that? I’ll look forward to the webcast. 😀

lol if I could pick (based on my current album faves) it would be….

    Jambalaya
    Maria
    Like A Rose
    Memphis Pearl
    Greenville
    Bus To Baton Rouge
    People Talkin
    Everything Has Changed

I wonder if she might cheat and use I Lost It for HWB?

My educated guest for the set list, however, would be…

    Nothin In Ramblin (or Disgusted)
    Happy Woman Blues
    Changed The Locks
    Pineola
    Jackson
    Essence
    Righteously
    Come On

Hmm, if I had to pick a dream setlist, I’d go with:

    Ramblin’ On My Mind
Rolling Along/Louisiana Man (couldn’t make up my mind 🙂 )
    The Night’s Too Long
    Hot Blood
    Jackson
    Blue
    Ventura
    Learning How To Live

My fearless prediction? She won’t go out on a limb with only comparatively rare songs, but she won’t always pick the most obvious ones, either. Something like:

    Disgusted
    Happy Woman Blues
I Just Wanted To See You So Bad
    Sweet Old World
    Car Wheels
    Essence
    Those Three Days
    Words

I’ll take whatever she gives us…it’ll just be cool to sit back and enjoy the webcast. (Plus, as Inside Job said, she’ll do “at least” one song from each album, so who knows?)

Second set, for all those interested, was:

    Disgusted
    Happy Woman Blues
I Just Wanted To See You So Bad
    Crescent City
Something About What Happens When We Talk
    Pineola
    Drunken Angel
    Can’t Let Go
    Out Of Touch
    Essence
    Atonement
    Righteously
    Unsuffer Me
    Come On

great show all in all, thanks again to Lu and Tom and everyone involved in bringing it to us!
