    Just read in Rolling Stone that Lucinda has collaborated with Elvis Costello on “Jailhouse Tears” Nice choice. I really liked their duet on “There’s A Story In Your Voice”.

    Elvis joined Lucinda in New York on July 14, 2005 for Jailhouse Tears. He did a good job. She also did Real Love and the Knowing that night.

    i was at that New York show in ’05 as well, tonyg. their duet was killer. it stands out to me till this day. what a great choice for the recorded version. Lu & Elvis have a great chemistry.

    I’ve only seen the one YouTube video where Elvis sings with Lucinda.

    Doug does a much better job, IMO, but Elvis has more name recognition, so it could help album sales?

    Half the time Elvis is unintelligeble. At least in the video.
