Mia Dyson

Mia is a talented Australian singer/songwriter/guitarist. I’m not sure if her music is released elsewhere in the world, but she’s worth checking out.

I’ve only recently discovered Lucinda, and one of the things I love about her is that gravelly voice, something that Mia has in common.

Mia is also a great guitar player (her dad is a well known luthier down here) and when Bonnie Raitt toured here, Mis supported her and the two apparently became good friends (ok, well that’s what it said in the local paper!).

I bought a cd called “Struck Down” and I’m loving it, and I’m curious as to whether anybody else on the planet has heard of her !
