Does anyone know…is there any merchandise usually on sale at Lucinda’s concerts? I know the recently released live CDs aren’t (according to another tread) but they are on their way to me anyway.
I’m off to one of her shows next week and was just wondering if there’s likely to be any goodies to snap up. 😀

November 14, 2007 at 8:16 pm #34985SnaggletoothParticipantOf course there’s merchandising at the shows… Got me a T-shirt. Some tees are on sale!
November 15, 2007 at 9:18 am #34986DaveinDKParticipantThe merchandise available at the Copenhagen show was pretty dissapointing actually. The t-shirts were rather boring and appeared to be of low quality. I think there may have been a baseball cap or something, but nothing really interesting or colorful. I passed on the stuff.
November 15, 2007 at 10:02 am #34987SnaggletoothParticipantYou may find the tees boring, but from the one I got (the white with the Lu pic from the self titled so called Rough Trade album printed on front) I can say it’s no low quality.
Only disappointment for me was that the two black ones I was interested in were not available in XL…November 15, 2007 at 12:33 pm #34988Inside JobParticipantAll of the new shirts are American Apparel, which were the highest quality and most expensive shirts available from the t-shirt vendor.

Also something I noticed was that she actually has T-shirts that are what I’d call “women” cut, rather than the usual straight up and down t-shirt that looks fine on a guy, but not as great on a woman. I don’t know how much of a hand she actually has in the merchandising, with all the other stuff she has to do, but whoever it is making the decisions, thanks!
November 15, 2007 at 2:53 pm #34990bigsubiParticipantSorry to all people who despisted my reply 😳 I hope to buy anyone in the web after the tour. 😯
November 15, 2007 at 11:26 pm #34991sjt540ParticipantShe has awesome merchandsie. I was planning on buying an XL sized t-shirt in Pittsburgh this past summer only because most artists don’t make the XXL size available. I’m a big guy and I was very happy to see that there were some really cool Lucinda t-shirts in size XXL. Of course I bought one and had a great night. And for the record the t-shirt quality is excellent!

i now wish i would have done too. 🙄 wasn’t in t-shirt buying mood right after the show. oh well. still got the one from 2003. 8)
the CDs were quite pricy, i must say (except for “west” – which was 13 euros)… the others were 17 or something. and it wasn’t even the new edition of “car wheels”, and no older cds were available, either. well, the last thing isn’t a surprise really, i guess. just found it weird that they sell t-shirts with the picture of the cover of the s/t album… oh well.
November 23, 2007 at 8:17 pm #34995SMParticipantI bought the tour T-shirt at the Sheffield show; seems like very good quality.
I didn’t see any CDs for sale though and was hoping to pick up Doug Pettibone’s solo one. Looks like I’ll order it online now.
November 25, 2007 at 8:06 pm #34996New JerseyParticipantI bought a nice T after the Dublin show
quality seems very good
I usually wear a large but they only had M or XL
picked up an XL as it appears to run a bit on the small side
still on holiday in London but may wear it on the plane ride back to the StatesROCK ON LUCINDA!!
