    Hi there, I just found this forum today, and I’m hoping you guys can help me out. I have a ticket for tonight’s show, but it happens to be an insanely busy time at my job, so I need to leave as late as possible.

    2 questions:

    1) What time do I need to be at the theatre by to make sure I catch the start of the first set?

    2) How long, based on the LA show, is the first set likely to last? Seriously, I may have to tell my boss that I’ll come back to work after the first set (my office is like 3 blocks away) – not that I want to miss the second set, but the first set is what I bought the ticket for – Sweet Old World would be on my Desert Island Discs list.

    get there for no later than 815pm-
    i missed up to i lost it tonite cause of work-c’est la vie n thnx to all for them live cds-

    Yes, she started about 8:20…..ran for about hour and 20…..finally finished 2nd set after 11…..

    Thanks for the help. As it turned out, I only missed “Six Blocks Away”. The show was a little unusual – there were false starts on a couple of songs, but it worked out. I’d say “Sweet Old World” and “Pineola” were the high points of the first set. Lots of guests for the second set, most notably Joan Osborne, and that was, to quote Lucinda “Fucking awesome”. A very cool show IMO, but for some reason I haven’t seen Lucinda live in a long time, so I’m not an expert.
