    This is another man who can write circles around most of todays performers. His wit and style put him in a class almost by himself.

    just got tickets to see him at carnegie hall…he and lucinda have been my last 6 concerts!

    I could not find the song/album with the lyric, something like:

    “…make you believe in magic, or money well spent…”

    I thought is was circa 2002, but maybe it is buried in John Prine’s early catalog. Maybe someone here knows it. ??
