Let me start with this,Wolf Trap is great venue. Had pavillion seats. Be warned the lawn is small and steep. Charlie Louvin was too long. With a curfew of 11pm he should not have gotten to play 45 min with an 8pm start. Lucinda came on just after 9pm. Openeing with Rescue was nice the first of six songs she would play from West. Car wheels was a treat. However after Fancy Funeral she didn’t like the set list anymore and decided to change things. Lost It was appropriate. She didn’t like Long For You Kiss when it started and stopped it,made an adjustment and started again. Doug Pettibone is an amazing guitarist. The older folks next to me cringed when he would let loose a blistering solo. He pulled a little of Led Zeppelin’s Heartbreaker in Joy. Lean and mean staging no frills just a great summer night and some great music. A must see show awesome talent. Thank You Lucinda!
